Our office is open. We are practicing social distancing. The marks on the floor reflect social distancing standards. There is one way to enter and one way to exit.

We will be sanitizing pens and work area after each customer.

ANNUAL BOARD MEETING POSTPONED till further notice. Notification will be sent with a new date soon. A text message or auto call was sent to all accounts on the system, if you did not receive it please give us a call 251-626-5554

The proxy deadline will not change. You can drop the completed proxy in our dropbox by 4:30 pm, Friday, March 20, 2020.
Remember, you are able to vote in person at the meeting provided you are the account holder and have not voted by proxy.

Our Drive Through Window is being opened temporarily to protect our members and office staff’s health. While the lobby is open, we urge customers to use the drive through window service or many of our online payment options.

Your water is safe. The COVID-19 virus has not been detected in drinking water. The World Health Organization and the American Water Works Association have published that conventional water treatment methods are sufficient to disinfect water for COVID-19. Additionally, Belforest Water’s water source is from aquifers deep in the Earth that are naturally filtered. Belforest Water is up to date on the most up to date water treatment procedures and is in full compliance with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.  Water sources are checked daily to ensure that you are receiving pure, abundant water.

UPDATE 03/16/2020
As part of the Belforest Community, we are here to support you during this uncertain time in our area. Since many of our customers may be facing unusual financial hardship, we are suspending disconnection for nonpayment effective immediately. Likewise, we will not be posting late charges to any accounts until further notice. This applies to all accounts with Belforest Water System.

Our office lobby remains open but we strongly urge all customers to take advantage of our many online payment and account set up options.

Belforest Water System takes the safety and welfare of our customers and employees seriously. We are proactively following the CDC/news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID19). We understand that some of our customers may wish to limit public interactions as much as possible until this threat passes. Keep in mind Belforest Water System offers many convenient solutions to pay your bill, apply for new service and terminate service without having to visit our office.

• Pay by phone payment 844-472-6033
• ACH (Auto) payment, the form found on our website here, the completed form can be emailed. ACH submission must be turned in by the 20th of the month for it to go in effect immediately.
• Bill pay through your bank, please allow ample time for us to receive it. Banks mail us a physical check.
• Dropbox in our parking lot.
